Two cars, one gate, and a promise to show up on time
In 2009, Rajasthan Cabs opened its doors on Garden Road with a single sedan and a driver who'd spent a decade ferrying guests between Udaipur's palace hotels. The idea was simple: answer the phone personally, quote a fair price once, and never make a guest wait at the gate.
That idea scaled slower than a franchise would have liked, but it scaled honestly. Word moved through hotel concierges, wedding planners and repeat travellers long before we built a website for it. The fleet grew to sedans, Innova Crystas, Tempo Travellers and coaches — but the office on Garden Road, and the habit of picking up the phone ourselves, never changed.
